Nitrogen uptake (edible part)

The total amount of nitrogen taken up in the edible part of the crop. Nitrogen content can also be added as a Property to the Product if the crop yield is known. If nitrogen uptake is added using an array, each value in the array should express the change in uptake, so that by summing the array, the total equals total nitrogen uptake.
