Rapeseed, seed (whole)
The oil-rich seed of the rapeseed plant with its outer envelope. This term can be used to describe the seeds of both the spontaneous varieties (unsuitable for human and animal consumption due to the high erucic acid and glucosinolates content) and of the low erucic acid, low glucosinolates cultivars known as "canola". To further specify the cultivar, use the [variety](https://www.hestia.earth/schema/Product#variety) field.
