No tillage
A practice for growing crops or pasture without disturbing the soil through tillage (see [USDA (2012)](https://www.nrcs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_DOCUMENTS/stelprdb1249901.pdf) for further information). The area under no tillage can be specified as a percentage. To specify the seeding method, use a term from the [crop establishment](/glossary?page=1&termType=cropEstablishment) glossary.
