Nitrogen uptake (whole crop, weeds, and volunteers)

The total amount of nitrogen taken up by the entire crop plant (edible part, above ground residue, and below ground residue), weeds, and volunteers. If nitrogen uptake is added using an array, each value in the array should express the change in uptake, so that by summing the array, the total equals total nitrogen uptake.
