Gum arabic, gum

The hardened sap of the gum arabic tree. This term can be used to describe both the "true" gum arabic (extracted from the tree Senegalia senegal) and the lower quality gum extracted from the Vachellia seyal tree. To furter specify the species, use the [variety](/schema/Product#variety) field.
